Traditionally, association publishing has kept a distance from many association activities in order to maintain neutrality or simply out of habit. Today, however, that model needs a closer look as association publishing embraces more communication channels and as association publications seek to replace declining advertising revenue. This session shows how one association media and publishing operation integrated with a range of association activities, enhancing member value and revenue while maintaining neutrality.
