Carla Kalogeridis
Editorial Director
|

 | Meet Association Media & Publishing's Editorial Director: Carla Kalogeridis
Carla has 20 years experience in publishing, beginning with McGraw-Hill, Inc. in Atlanta, where she began her career as copy-editor of Textile World magazine and worked her way up to associate editor of the publication. While at McGraw-Hill, she launched her own bi-weekly automotive business newsletter, which eventually became a monthly magazine. She moved to the Detroit area in 1996 to better serve her readers and was asked to help the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) publish its member magazine, Actionline. This work led her to focus on publishing services for the association sector.
Over the last 11 years, Carla has produced magazines, newsletters, website content and marketing materials for AIAG, the Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE), the Engineering Society of Detroit (ESD) and the Associated Food & Petroleum Dealers (AFPD). Although her main focus has been editorial, Carla's background as a magazine owner who's learned all aspects of the publishing business, as well as her service in the association sector for more than a decade, enables her to build Association Media & Publishing's publications into stronger resource tools for the organization. Carla welcomes all correspondence and feedback, so call or send her an email today!
